Memory Ornament

Dear Students,

Seward Area Hospice recognizes how difficult the holidays can be when someone you love has died.  Grief does not feel good and can be very confusing.

Tonya Foote, Program Director, along with 3 hospice volunteers will be at the Seward Middle School in room 103 on Thursday, December 14th 2:30 to 4:30 pm.

The purpose of this time is to provide a safe space for any student who has experienced the death of a loved one, whether recent or a long time ago.  Students will be able to make a Memory Ornament to honor their loved one who has died and may keep it for themselves or give it as a gift.

You are all welcome to participate or just come and be present.

This is free of charge. Art supplies and snacks will be provided.
